We’re stopping all visits to the clinic to prevent potential spread of Covid19 virus.  If you need to be seen URGENTLY, please call us to discuss. We’re asking people who have developed symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath and who have visited countries or areas of concern to get tested as soon as possible.

Dear  valued patients

Our clinicians are available for both phone and face-to-face consultations.  Phone consultations are still available.

When you book your face-to-face appointment, you will be asked a set of screening questions related to COVID-19 to keep you and our team safe.

If you have any flu-like symptoms, please call us first and we will get one of our clinicians to call you to arrange an assessment at our CBAC clinic and arrange a COVID-19 swab if necessary.

Repeat prescriptions can be organised via Online Vensa or a phone call. All the prescriptions will still be faxed directly to your chosen pharmacy. All prescriptions will be processed within 48 hours. We will continue to waive $5 surcharge for fax fees.

Flu vaccines are available. If you haven’t had one yet, please give us a call to book an appointment.   We currently do not have a flu vaccine for children under 3.

4. Keeping you safe – Physical distancing and hygiene measures

We will continue to limit the number of people waiting in our clinics throughout Alert Level 2.  Please remember to sanitise your hands as you enter our clinic.

Where possible, please attend your appointment by yourself or bring one support person only. Please continue to keep yourself and others safe by keeping a ONE meter distance with other people when attending for your appointment.
