Following on from the most recent online PES (Patient Experience Survey) results, some of you have told us that our waiting area carpet flooring is getting old & tired.

And we completely agree with you !  The old carpet flooring has been installed decades ago but it has proven to be very difficult to clean.  Therefore, the management team has decided to upgrade the floors to timber floor which will better for cleaning & infection control.     You would be pleased to learn that the new floor has been installed in April.  We thank you all for your feedback.
